Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PersonaLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PersonaLens. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Use of the service on behalf of an organization constitutes agreement on behalf of that organization.
Your Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the images we generate for you. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your images. We do not claim ownership over any of your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PersonaLens to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. Generating non-consensual intimate imagery or content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate images. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for credits that have been purchased but not used, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue that results in a failed generation, contact us for a credit adjustment.
Intellectual Property
The PersonaLens platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PersonaLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your expectations or be free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the studio. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
